In this recipe I find the Black Raspberry liquer intensifies the raspberry flavour. I also remove half the seeds which gives helps the jam a rich red colour. Best servedon a warm, home-made scone or layered in a victoria sponge.
Each jar contains 125g and comes complete with its own story card which has a list of the ingredients on the back.
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within four weeks.
